Megan Latham brings over five years of dedicated coaching experience to Quantum Volleyball Academy, where she joins as an assistant coach. She has spent her career nurturing young athletes at Burns Sci-Tech Charter School in Oak Hill, coaching both competitive middle school girls' volleyball and elementary recreational teams. Megan focuses on skill-building, teamwork, and fostering a passion for the sport. Over the past three years, she has expanded her expertise as an assistant coach for the high school volleyball team, and she previously assisted with a 10U club team for one season. Megan is excited to channel her knowledge and enthusiasm into her new role at Quantum, where she aims to support each athlete's growth and contribute to the team’s success.
