Savanna Smith, originally from North Central West Virginia, has a decade of experience in volleyball coaching. She demonstrated her athletic prowess as a player at West Virginia Wesleyan University and also shone during her high school years at Bridgeport High School. At Bridgeport, her exceptional skills on the volleyball court led to significant recognitions, including being named West Virginia Athlete of the Year in 2012 and being a consistent presence on the 1st State AAA team from 2010 to 2012, playing both middle and outside positions.

After a distinguished collegiate athletic career, Savanna transitioned into coaching, dedicating herself to nurturing young talent. Her approach goes beyond physical training, focusing also on the emotional and personal growth of her athletes, recognizing the importance of developing well-rounded individuals.

In 2021, Savanna moved to Florida to join her family’s construction business, bringing her leadership skills and passion for youth development to a new arena. Despite the career shift, her dedication to volleyball and coaching young athletes remains strong, continuing to influence and inspire the next generation of players.

Savanna is deeply committed to the holistic development of children, believing in the power of sports to foster physical, emotional, and social growth.
