Savanna Smith is a Founder and Club Director of Quantum Volleyball Academy. With over 10 years of coaching experience in both West Virginia and Florida, she is passionate about developing athletes and creating opportunities for players to reach their full potential.

A former Division II volleyball player and high school outside hitter, Savanna brings firsthand playing experience and a deep understanding of the game to her leadership role. Her coaching philosophy focuses on skill development, confidence, accountability, and fostering a positive team culture.

In addition to leading Quantum Volleyball Academy, Savanna is an accomplished project manager whose leadership and organizational expertise have helped grow the club into a thriving volleyball community. She is committed to providing athletes and families with a competitive, supportive, and development-focused experience.
