Lexi began her journey in volleyball at the young age of 9, quickly developing a passion for the sport. By the age of 14, she was competing competitively, starting with one season at PVA, followed by a season at DME, before returning to PVA for her junior and senior years. During her high school years, Lexi also played for NSBHS and TCA, further honing her skills and love for the game.

At 17, Lexi's coaching career began when she started assisting her father at PVA. This early experience in coaching fueled her passion for mentoring others, leading her to continue coaching at PVA after high school. With over four years of coaching experience, Lexi has dedicated herself to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.

Her coaching philosophy centers around fostering a positive environment where players feel comfortable asking questions and gaining a deeper understanding of the game. Lexi's ultimate goal for each player is to finish the season with a greater love for volleyball than when they started. She believes that the more a player enjoys being on the court, the easier it becomes to improve their skills and achieve success.
