Elaine Saxton moved to Florida in 2018 and began coaching volleyball, working with athletes from 13U to 18U. Before relocating, she played club volleyball from 12U through college and participated in collegiate track and field. Elaine is currently a third-grade teacher in Volusia County, where she believes that all students can learn—a philosophy she carries into her coaching. She is convinced that with effort and determination, everyone can achieve greatness in sports.

Elaine values the role of sports in developing essential life skills such as teamwork and leadership. She strives to foster these skills both on and off the court, creating an environment where athletes grow as players and individuals. Through her dedication, Elaine aims to help young athletes reach their full potential and prepare them for the challenges of adulthood.
