Coach Isaac Raphael brings more than two decades of volleyball coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, club, and USA Volleyball levels. A native of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Isaac has built a reputation as a passionate teacher of the game and a mentor dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the court.

Throughout his career, Isaac has coached at the NCAA Division I level, including serving as Head Coach at Bethune-Cookman University and as a coach with Florida International University and the University of Central Florida. He has also contributed to the Florida Region High Performance Program and helped develop athletes competing at regional and national levels.

In Central Florida, Isaac has led successful high school programs at Seminole High School, coaching girls, boys, and beach volleyball while helping athletes advance to collegiate opportunities. His extensive experience spans every level of the sport, from beginner development to elite competition.

As a founder of Bokey Volleyball Academy and now a key leader within Quantum Volleyball Academy, Isaac is committed to creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, competitive discipline, character development, and a genuine love for the game.
